Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), the leading ICT solutions provider in the country successfully concluded the first ever SLT Speed Up Fiesta, a musical extravaganza and youth carnival which was held at Beach Park Negombo on Sunday, 28th June 2015 on a grand scale.

The event was a resounding success, with the participation of a huge number of youth. The evening featured live performances by Flashback as well as a host of fun activities ranging from shooting games, rodeo bull riding competitions, ATV rides along the beach as well as photo opportunities with celebrities such as Suraj Mapa, Anjula Rajapakse, Rithu Akarsha, Janith Wickrama and many others. Swarnavahini also conducted its Hadha Randi Paya during the carnival. The evening also comprised of a range of surprises and prizes which included SLT Teltabs and other exciting prizes.

The SLT Speed Up Fiesta followed a week-long ultra high speed fibre to home and 4G LTE promotional campaign which was held in different areas in the Negombo district from 20th to 27th June, and was conducted with the aim of connecting with and identifying with the youth of the nation.
